Most of the time I do the talking about the Driving Fear Program, but I had a lot of requests to hear a case study from someone who had actually gone through it themselves to hear what their experience was, so that’s what we have today.
Click the Play button below to hear Jessica tell her story about her life with driving anxiety and what her thoughts on the Program are. It’s only about 7 minutes long, but I think you’ll find yourself really relating to what she has to say, and she closes out with some great advice.
Thanks for sharing your story Jessica. I’ll be quiet now and let you take it from here…

kudos to Jessica, she felt the fear but, she did it anyway YIPPEE
Great job Jessica! I’m still trying to conquer my fear of driving. I’m one of those people who are still on the fence about the Driving Fear program. I developed my fear almost three years ago. I have been doing a little bit of driving here and there but still feel very anxious and even more anxious when another vehicle is behind me….I always end up pulling over so they can pass and I definately won’t drive the highways. This interview is making me think that the Driving Fear Program may be the push I need to get back to normal….I’m not looking for a miracle, just at least to get from A to B locally without any panic. Thanks for sharing your story.
I bought the driving fear program.. and also the audios of the driving Fear. I downloaded them to my computer. I wish I had gotten the CD’s as it would be so much easier because you can take it in the car with you and play it.. you can put it on a cd player by your bed and listen to it as you sleep.. or take it for a walk with you. But, I can’t afford to pay for the same program again. If I had it to do over I would only buy the CD’s .. other then that It seems like a real good program. I don’t drive but am terrified of the interstate when my husband is driving and that is what I am trying to get over.
Hi Judy,
Glad you’re liking the program! You don’t have to pay for it twice, in your “Welcome” email you’ll see instructions on how you can upgrade to the print and CD version of the program and only pay the balance, so it is the same price it would always have been (as if you had selected it the first time). Or if you can’t find that email just tell our help desk you want to upgrade to the printed version and they’ll help you out. Rich
