I told you I was going to be giving you a ton of great free material, and I think today I’m going to go a little bit overboard…
Today I want you to listen to an HOUR LONG interview with Dr. John Forsyth, the author of The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety.
This book, one of the three Dr. Forsyth has written, is one of the best and easiest to read on the subject that I’ve comes across…much closer to my style of clear writing than what you’ll typically pick up the local bookstore. It’s centered on the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),a treatment approach that Dr. Forsyth is an Internationally recognized expert in.
If that isn’t enough, he’s also a scientist, writer and licensed clinical psychologist in upstate New York, Associate Professor of Psychology, Director of the Doctoral Training Program in Clinical Psychology, and Director of the Anxiety Disorders Research Program at the University of Albany in New York.
I think he has more letters AFTER his name than I have IN my name…
Anyway, it’s a tremendous honor to present you an in-depth interview with the good doctor, I think you’ll find the next hour full of wisdom and great advice you can start applying today.
Get in a comfy chair, pour yourself a beverage, and settle in for a hour of some of the best discussion on anxiety you can get ANYWHERE. Some people are going to be pulling out the hair because I’m giving away so much material lately for free….perfect…I told you I would – did they think I was kidding?

Thanks Rich! More great content…you da man!
Thanks soooo much! I was able to really connect with ACT concepts. I want to listen to it again and again and learn it. It really makes sense to me. I have heard to pick a treatment method, just one that feels right to you and go with it. Too many is counterproductive. I think this is the one for me. Thank you!
This is so helpful! Thank you!
