Interview with Steven Hayes, Ph.D.
Sit down and get comfortable, because I’ve got something really special for you…
Recently I interviewed Steven Hayes, Ph.D., and I have to say, he was incredible.
Steven is not only a former panic disorder sufferer himself, but a Foundation Professor at the University of Nevada and the author of 32 books and over 400 scientific articles including the number one best selling self-help book, “Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life”.
In our interview, he not only shared his personal history, but an in-depth explanation of the key concepts of the therapy he pioneered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is now used around the world to help people with anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and more.
As you listen to the interview, you’ll hear how similar his and my perspective is (maybe that’s why I like him so much), so it’s a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the foundation that your work with my program has hopefully established.
